How to clone an NBA rookie
The NBA draft is just a few months away, and many teams have their sights set on players who could play in the league.
One of the first names in the NBA draft class, a 19-year-old forward from the Connecticut Huskies named Justin Anderson, has become one of the most buzzed-about prospects in the draft.
Anderson was a star at his high school in Connecticut, where he played a key role in the team’s success as a two-time Big East Champion.
Anderson has also impressed in college.
He was an All-American in 2014-15 at Connecticut, which is the same year that he was drafted.
The NCAA Tournament is just around the corner, and Anderson is one of those guys who can get the job done in the tournament.
While Anderson’s high school coach is not a big fan of him, Anderson is a versatile player who can play both forward positions.
Anderson was drafted No. 2 overall by the Boston Celtics in 2014, and his selection was seen as a surprise at the time.
Boston had high hopes for Anderson, as they had two top-10 picks in the 2015 NBA draft: UCLA’s Lonzo Ball and Duke’s Jayson Tatum.
While Boston didn’t get a top-five pick in that draft, they did get the second overall pick in the 2019 draft, and they took two other big names with the first and second overall picks.
The Celtics did not pick a top prospect with the 20th pick.
Anderson’s stock is skyrocketing because of his skill set.
He can play at the 3-point line, but he’s also very athletic, can score on the perimeter, and has great instincts.
His size will give him an advantage over some other wing players in the game, and he’s able to score from the post as well.
The biggest question that fans have about Anderson is how he’ll fit into the Celtics’ offense.
While he does not play much defense in the offense, he’s a decent rebounder and passer, and can play on the ball and make plays on the offensive end of the floor.
Boston could use an extra point guard to give them a more dynamic, off-the-ball option.
While his defensive game is not as polished as some other big men in the class, Anderson can defend the paint and can guard bigs on the wing, and does a good job of using his length to disrupt the dribble.
If he can become a better passer, he could be a valuable addition for the Celtics to have in their lineup.
In addition to his size, Anderson has a great feel for the game.
He has excellent touch and is a strong rebounder.
Anderson is also an extremely skilled passer.
He is an excellent passer at both the high school and college levels, and while he’s not a great passer, Anderson should have the ability to get the ball to teammates and get a good look on the rim.
He also has some impressive offensive skills, as he has a decent touch and excellent touch from the perimeter.
His ability to make good reads and get open shots is a big plus for Boston.
Anderson also has a nice touch around the basket, and when he’s playing off the ball, he has some quickness and length to get to the rim and finish.
Anderson has shown some potential in his own end as well, as his defensive instincts are excellent.
If the Celtics are going to have a reliable scoring option on the wings, they should be able to add some help to their bench as well as play more of a 3-and-D system, which Anderson is very comfortable with.
The Celtics have a lot of talent at the shooting guard position, as the team has a number of players who are capable of playing in the paint.
Anderson could help Boston’s frontcourt a lot.
He will need to develop some strength in his legs, and if he can learn how to handle the ball better in the pros, he can help the Celtics create some spacing for their other bigs.
Anderson might also be able help the Boston offense when he is playing off of the ball.
The Boston Celtics have the opportunity to be one of two teams that can take the top pick in this year’s draft.
They could select an experienced player who will help them transition from the bench to a more advanced team.
If they decide to take Anderson, they will be able get a player with some upside, and the Celtics could very well make a move in the top 10.
The Boston Celtics will need a lot from Anderson to have success in the playoffs, and a big part of their success will come from him developing his game.
